ONLINE FACULTY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION, TERM 1, SY 2019-2020


All Senior High School (SHS), Tertiary Education Department (TED), and Graduate Studies are reminded to evaluate their professors until July 19 (Friday), whereas Night College Program (NCP) students may do so on August 15 (Thursday) to 16 (Friday). The online faculty performance evaluation facility—which provides the university with an objective assessment of its faculty’s planning and preparation, classroom management, instruction and professional responsibilities—can be accessed by logging in to www.ebalwasyon-shs.dlsau.edu.ph (for SHS students) and www.ebalwasyon.dlsau.edu.ph (for TED, Graduate Studies, and NCP students).

Students may access the facility using the official DLSAU email account at any time, from any desktop or mobile device, as long as it is connected to the internet. Please note that failure to evaluate your professors will result to you being blocked from viewing your grades.

In order to access the facility, new SHS, TED, Graduate Studies, and NCP students are advised to request for their official DLSAU email accounts from the Information Technology Center by emailing itc.helpdesk@dlsau.edu.ph.

APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION


July 31, 2019

To facilitate the processing of their scholastic records, all graduating students who wish to be considered as candidates for graduation for August 2019 are encouraged to file their application for graduation until July 31 (Wednesday). Failure to do so will result to their application not being evaluated and them becoming ineligible for graduation.

All applicants for graduation are strongly advised to make all necessary coordination with the Accounting Office for the immediate settling of all their financial accountabilities.

COLLEGE HONORS' ASSEMBLY FOR TERM 3, SY 2018-2019

Dean’s listers from the Tertiary Education Department will be recognized in the College Honors’ Assembly on July 16 (Tuesday), 3:30 PM, at the Osmeña Hall. The students will be commended for their exemplary performance for Term 3, SY 2018–2019.

All awardees are expected to attend the rehearsals on July 11 (Thursday), 3:30 PM, at the Osmeña Hall.

DLSAU STUDY CENTERS 1 & 2 RESERVATIONS FOR TERM 1, SY 2019-2020

The DLSAU Study Centers 1 & 2 (BRF Dorm and New Dorm) are now accepting reservations for Term 1, SY 2019-2020. For application forms, please proceed to the Administrative Services Office and look for Ms. Ruth Centeno. Please be reminded that the reservation fee of P 1 000 is non-refundable.

RESUMPTION OF LBC SHIPMENT SERVICES TO BULACAN AND BATANGAS AREAS


April 4, 2019

Please be advised that LBC will resume shipment services to certain areas in Bulacan and Batangas on April 4 (Thursday). LBC temporarily suspended shipment to the said areas starting March 26 due to operational difficulties. As such, shipments booked via the Green Stallions Express Delivery Service experienced delays during the said period.

DLSAU TUITION FEE PAYMENTS NOW ACCEPTED AT AUB


Starting September 7, 2018

Asia United Bank (AUB) is now accepting tuition fee payments for De La Salle Araneta University. To pay, please take note of the following:

  • Payor should present two copies of the student’s Pre-Enrollment Form (PEF).
    • One copy will be released to the student (for presentation to DLSAU), whereas the other copy will be forwarded to AUB 6th Ave Caloocan Branch for recordkeeping.
    • Payment will not be accepted if no PEF is presented.

  • The following should be indicated on the transaction slip:
    • NAME
    • YEAR AND SECTION
    • ID NUMBER
    • CONTACT NUMBER

  • Payment should not be less than the first outstanding payment. In addition, payor can only pay either the outstanding balance or the total payment.

  • A separate cash deposit of P7 is required for every tuition fee payment. This amount should be deposited to Account Number 047018900082.

HARVEST 2015 YEARBOOK NOW AVAILABLE


Starting August 6, 2018

Please be advised that Harvest 2015 Yearbook is now available for claiming at the Alumni Relations Office, Rm. 201 of the Golden Pavilion. The yearbooks may be claimed from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Individuals who are unable to claim their yearbooks may send a proxy. However, proxies must present an authorization letter and a valid ID before the yearbook is released to them.

 
 

NEW DLSAU CAR PASS APPLICATION PROCEDURES


SY 2018-2019

Please be advised that changes in the implementing procedures for new applications and application renewals for the DLSAU Car Pass will be observed starting SY 2018-2019. This is to ensure that all university-issued car passes are installed and used properly.

In addition, the university will be strictly observing the “No Car Pass, No Entry” Policy starting July 2.
