DLSAU LRC offers a variety of library spaces available for online reservation by students, faculty and staff. Reserve a space for your needs from the locations listed below.


POLICIES & GUIDELINES

1. Reservation is a first come, first served basis. Collaboration room is available for use of all bonafide students, faculty, and staff of the University.

2. Reservation shall be made at least one (1) day prior to the use. Maximum hours of usage shall be two (2) hours per group only. Extension of usage hours shall be subject for availability.

3. Reservation shall be done in the iReserve online reservation system. Group representative shall be assigned to make the reservation. Each collaboration space (collab space) has table and chairs that can accommodate to a group with a minimum of six (6) persons and users should not exceed to the maximum room capacity of 42. Refrain from bringing in chairs from other tables.

4. Group representative who reserved a "collab space" shall be required to be present on the scheduled date. Group members shall present their IDs to the Librarian to confirm the names are included in the reservation. Only groups with confirmation email and minimum of 4 members shall be allowed to enter the discussion room. Otherwise, the reservation shall be cancelled.

5. Cancellation of reservation shall be done to the groups who will fail to show up within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled reservation. Failure to comply with Library policies, rules and regulations shall be grounds to cancel the reservation.

6. The group members shall be held liable for damages and/or losses caused by negligent use of the facility. Group shall not leave their things unattended.

7. Proper decorum shall be observed while using the discussion room.
